    I mean, the food is good, service is also good :) but how could every time I come, there is no spinach left?!? like you don't refill the spinach bowl or something?!? I feel sad

    Broth is my favorite AYCE shabu shabu. During the weekends, the wait can be as long as more than an hour. I went during a weekday at night, there was no wait at the bar area so I sat there. I usually pick my usual broth which is the tonkostu, a creamy pork bone broth. My favorite meat is the beef toro, I can eat so many plates of it. The Goma/sesame sauce is the best one I've ever had in a shabu shabu restaurant. There is also a self serve bar filled with seafood, noodles, dumplings, vegetable and etc. The quality of the food is very fresh and good quality. The restaurant is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking but sometimes during a busy time, you might have to park a little far. Also, there are shops to look around if you're waiting for a seat. Service is quick and friendly.

    Overall a good experience for a $30 all you can eat. Meat quality is average, as expected. Not so many veggie options, that was a big gripe. Also not many sauce options and their sauces aren't very good. They dont have tomato, baby corn, a bunch of different mushroom types, etc. They also only have so many broth options and I tried the miso and spicy miso. Both were fine, tasted similar and spicy wasn't so spicy but it was combined w my original miso. Service was excellent! For how crowded they were I was quite surprised how often they kept coming by and refilling water, taking meat orders, etc. impressed!

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Great food and great environment all around. I quickly want to spotlight our server Nave-- who was very welcoming and attentive. His customer service was great and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Thanks Broth! Will definitely come back!
